To secure your appointment, a £30 non-refundable booking fee is required.
This is payable at the time of booking online or via bank transfer and will be deducted from your final treatment cost.

If you’re a LUXIA Subscription client, your booking is included in your plan — simply confirm your preferred time.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your booking fee, and a new fee will be required to rebook.

If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Appointments may be cancelled or shortened if you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late.

Full payment is taken on the day of treatment. We accept:

• Card payments (via your original booking method)

• Cash

• Bank transfer

LUXIA Subscription clients: Your monthly plan covers eligible treatments — any additional costs will be discussed in advance.

By law, we cannot treat anyone under 18 for injectable aesthetic treatments, even with parental consent.
